For Those Just Wanting A Simple Cremation

Package Includes:

• Transfer of deceased from a hospital or nursing home anywhere in Pennsylvania with no additional mileage charge
• Review and file all documents needed for the cremation process to proceed.
• Coordinate with coroner/medical examiner (coroner/medical examiner fees additional)
• Minimum alternative container
• Temporary cardboard container for cremated remains
• Includes an up to one hour telephone consultation with a funeral director after the online arrangements have been completed.
• Cremation and return/mailing of cremated remains within 10 Business days of completion and reception of all necessary forms, certificates and permits.
• Standard mailing of cremated remains within the continental united states.

 

Additional Charges:

Removal of the deceased from a place other than a hospital or nursing home. – $300.00

 

For care of bodies exceeding 275.00 lbs. – $300.00

 

Removal of Heart Pacemaker or any other medical device not allowed by the crematory. – $300.00

Memorial Service Following Cremation

Package Includes:

• Transfer of deceased from a hospital or nursing home anywhere in Pennsylvania with no additional mileage charge
• Review and file all documents needed for the cremation process to proceed.
• Coordinate with coroner/medical examiner (coroner/medical examiner fees additional)
• Minimum alternative container
• Includes an up to one hour telephone consultation with a funeral director after the online arrangements have been completed.
• Coordination and supervision of a memorial service at your church or facility you rent with a one hour visitation prior to service, Monday to Friday between 8a.m. and 6p.m.(rental and/or church fees not included; for Evenings/ Saturday/Sunday/Holiday add $400.00 )
• A service vehicle to transport the cremated remains to the place of the service.
• Cremation and cremated remains available for memorial service within 10 Business days of completion and reception of all necessary forms, certificates and permits. $190.00 Urn Credit.
